UPK DAPM KUSAN HILIR – 5 dari 34 provinsi telah mencanangkan Upah Minimum Provinsi atau UMP 2019. Mayoritas provinsi mematok kenaikan UMP sebesar 8,03 persen, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah diputuskan oleh pemerintah pusat.

Ternyata, hanya tiga provinsi yang menetapkan besaran UMP 2019 di atas Rp 3 juta. Sedangkan selebihnya masih berada di kisaran Rp 2 juta, bahkan Rp 1 jutaan.

AIR REBUSAN PEMBALUT YANG SEDANG VIRAL DI SEMARANG

Magazine Daily QQ - Jawa Tengah, Mengkonsumsi air rebusan pembalut menjadi pengganti narkotika yang dapat membuat fly sedang menjadi sebuah fenomena yang sedang marak terjadi saat ini di beberapa daerah di jawa tengah.

Dari penelusuran tim magazine daily qq, Para remaja di jawa tengah mengaku mengkonsumsi air rebusan pembalut sebagai pengganti narkotika karena setelah meminum air rebusan pembalut mereka merasakan sensasi yang sama ketika mengkonsumsi narkotika. 

Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Tengah, Semarang pun segera meneliti kandungan air dari rebusan pembalut. Tim akan di terjunkan untuk meneliti sejauh mana dampak buruk hasil rebusan pembalut bagi tubuh manusia.

''Kalau di lapangan seperti itu ya kita perlu melakukan tindakan pencegahan," ucap Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang Sarwoko Oetomo saat ditemui di sela-sela kegiatan "Pentingnya Deteksi Dini dan Pencegahan Prediabetes" di Novotel, Semarang, Rabu (7/11/2018).

Sarwoko membenarkan telah mendengar kabar perilaku remaja yang mengkonsumsi air rebusan pembalut di luar kewajaran tersebut. Untuk saat ini, Dinkes Kota Semarang akan melakukan penelitian terlebih dulu sebelum menyampaikan kandungannya ke publik.

"Nanti setelah ada hasil penelitian dampak dari kebiasaan ini akan kami sampaikan," tambahnya.

Dijelaskannya, tim kesehatan nantinya meneliti zat-zat yang terkandung di dalam pembalut tersebut.

Tim juga akan melihat dampak bagi tubuh seorang jika mengkonsumsi hal itu.

''Kalau secara nalar itu jelas penyimpangan dan tidak sehat," tambahnya.

Sejumlah remaja di Jawa Tengah sendiri dilaporkan mengkonsumsi air rebusan pembalut.

Kepala Bidang Pemberantasan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Provinsi Jawa Tengah, AKBP Suprinarto mengatakan, minum air pembalut menjadi salah satu alternatif remaja untuk mendapat efek seperti konsumsi narkotika.

Konsumsi air rebusan dinilai lebih murah ketimbang membeli narkotika yang dinilai mahal.

"Jadi, pembalut bekas pakai itu direndam. Air rebusannya diminum," kata Suprinarto.

BNNP Jateng menggandeng psikolog dari Universitas Katholik (Unika) Soegijapranoto Semarang, untuk menangani anak-anak yang kecanduan. Mereka menjalani rehabilitasi untuk mengembalikan kesadaran sekaligus menghilangkan kebiasaan mengonsumsi air rebusan pembalut.  

Berikut Daftar Harga BBM , Mulai Tanggal 1 Juli 2018

MagazineDailyQQ, PT Pertamina (Persero) akan menaikkan harga BBM nonsubsidi mulai 1 Juli 2018 pukul 00.00 WIB. Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak nonsubsidi itu akibat terus meningkatnya harga minyak dunia. "Minyak mentah itu lebih dari 90 persen untuk pembentukan harga. Apalagi sekarang kita sudah jadi negara pengimpor minyak," tapi muncul pertanyaan saya sendiri, kenapa justru negara yang mengimpor bbm malah menaikan harga bbm nonsubsidi dalam negeri. 

Tak hanya harga minyak yang meroket, kenaikan harga BBM nonsubsidi juga dipicu menguatnya nilai tukar dolar terhadap rupiah. menurut sumber terpercaya.

Khusus di stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU) di Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Banten, 

harga Pertamax naik Rp 600 menjadi Rp 9.500 per liter. Kemudian 

harga Pertamax Turbo naik Rp 600 menjadi Rp 10.700 per liter. 

Sementara harga Pertamina Dex naik Rp 500 menjadi Rp 10.500 per liter. 

Harga Dexlite naik Rp 900 menjadi Rp 9.000 per liter. 

Sedangkan Pertamax racing tetap Rp 42.000, 

dan Pertalite masih dibanderol Rp 7.800 per liter. Harga solar nonsubsidi, premium dan biosolar juga tak berubah. Tak hanya di Jawa Bagian Barat, Pertamina juga menyesuaikan harga untuk harga BBM nonsubsidi di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Namun, lanjut Adiatma, ada juga 2 provinsi yang turun harga yaitu Maluku dan Maluku Utara.

"Alasannya karena daya beli di sana rendah dan konsumsinya juga kecil. Dengan turunnya harga, semoga bisa meningkatkan konsumsi di sana," terangnya.

PDAM TIRTANADI NAKAL SETELAH PLN INSYAF

LUBUKPAKAM, Magazine Daily QQ – Warga Kecamatan Lubukpakam yang menjadi pelanggan PDAM Tirtadeli Deliserdang merasa sangat kecewa. Pasalnya, sudah tiga hari air tak keluar dari keran di rumah mereka masing-masing tanpa pemberitahuan dari perusahaan plat merah tersebut. Rustandi, salah seorang pelanggan mengaku harus ke rumah keluarganya untuk keperluan air. “Sudah 3 hari ini mati total. Apalagi pas sahur maupun buka puasa, sangat terganggu sekali tidak ada air. Saya pun belum mendengar ada pengumumannya lewat radio,” kesal Wahyu, warga Gang Purwo, Desa Bakaran Batu, Lubukpakam, Senin (11/6/2018) kepada metro24jam.com. 

Keluhan senada juga disampaikan Ali, pelanggan PDAM Tirtadeli lainnya. Akibat air tak mengalir ke kediamannya, dia pun terpaksa mengambil air ke rumah familinya yang berjarak cukup jauh. “Susah kali bang air mati. Semua keperluan jadi terlambat. Apalagi ini bulan puasa, kami perlu kali air. Saya mohon segeralah air jalan lagi. Jangan pas mau bayar rekening aja cepat kali orang Tirtadeli ngutipnya, tapi tak ada potongan kalau air itu tidak jalan,” kesal Ali. Demikian juga salah satu pelanggan di Gang Antara Lubukpakam. Ardi Iya mengaku terpaksa membeli air isi ulang untuk keperluan mandi dan mencuci. “Udah rugi banyak saya bang, beli air isi ulang Rp3000 setiap hari,” kesal Ardi. Ratusan pelanggan Tirtadeli lainya mengeluhkan layanan perusahaan melalui media sosial terkait tak mengalirnya air ke rumah mereka, di antaranya Dedek Gunawan, warga BSP Jalan Galang. Ia menulis di dinding akun Facebooknya, “Gawat kali bah, tak idup idup air ini!” Wahyu El Fuego “kam***t, dari tadi malam gak jalan2 air Pam,” tulisnya Menurut mereka, semenjak Tirtanadi cabang Lubukpakam beralih ke Tirtadeli Deliserdang, kondisi aliran air ke rumah warga semakin memprihatinkan. “Kami berharap Bupati Deliserdang mengevaluasi kinerja direkturnya, karena dinilai buruk dan gak becus menjalankan BUMD milik Pemkab Deliserdang,” sebut mereka Menanggapi keluhan para pelanggan tersebut, Direktur PDAM Tirtadeli Deliserdang, Ir Batara Imbrahdjaya Nasution, saat dikonfirmasi via selular menjelaskan, bahwa sejak tanggal 9 Juni 2018, pasokan air bersih terganggu ke wilayah Lubukpakam dan Perbaungan sekitarnya akibat surutnya permukaan air Sei Ular sampai di bawah level minimum. Hal itu menurut dia, akibat musim kemarau, sehingga mengakibatkan pompa intake air baku tidak bisa produksi. “Kami sudah berkoordinasi dengan satuan kerja operasional/pemeliharaan bendungan Lau Tagor Sei Ular agar pintu air ke Sei Ular dibuka dengan tetap menjaga keseimbangan antara keperluan air bersih dan irigasi,” kata Batara. Saat disinggung, soal pemberitahuan pada pelanggan, Batara mengatakan sudah mengumumkannya melalui radio Pemkab Deliserdang. Meski begitu, namun dari hasil pengamtan di Radio Pemkab Deliserdang, pengumuman tersebut baru mengudara hari ini, (Senin, 11/6) mensosialisasikannya melalui radio . “Iya kemarin si Arif (staf PDAM) gak ada, jadinya ini hari baru di sosialisasikan di radio” kata salah seorang staff di radio pemkab deliserdang. 

Bromo heboh! dikira anak tikus rupanya orok

Magazine DailyQQ, Kehebohan terjadi di Jln Bromo Gg Setia Budi, Kel Tegalsari Mandala III, Kec Medan Denai, Jumat (8/6). Pasalnya, warga menemukan mayat orok di dalam parit.

Informasi dihimpun, mayat orok tersebut pertama kali ditemukan Nur Fajirah (10) sekitar pukul 10:30 WIB. Saat itu, Nur dan temannya tengah bermain di tepi parit. Begitu melihat orok itu, bocah Kelas 4 SD ini langsung pulang melapor ke orangtuanya yang diteruskan ke Polsek Medan Area.

“Saat aku sedang main-main sama kawan di tepi parit, aku melihat ada benda seperti anak tikus. Rupanya orok,” ucap Nur yang ditemui di lokasi.

Menurut Kepling VII, Kel Tegalsari Mandala III, Kec Medan Denai, CH Dudung, saat ditemukan, orok yang berukuran sebesar jempol orang dewasa itu masih segar. Di dalam parit juga ditemukan gumpalan darah layaknya bekas orang menggugurkan kandungan.

“Saya belum bisa memastikan, apakah orok itu dibuang melalui got atau saluran air dari rumah warga atau memang dibuang orang yang tengah melintas. Yang jelas, orok itu berada di dalam parit,” tegas Dudung.

Tak lama, personel dari Polsek Medan Area tiba di lokasi dan mengevakuasi mayat orok ke RS Bhayangkara Medan untuk keperluan visum et repertum (VER). “Dalam penyelidikan Tim Reskrim Polsek Medan Area. Sejumlah saksi diperiksa, termasuk Kepling. Diharapkan bagi warrga yang mengetahui identitas pelaku segera dilaporkan,” jelas Kapolsek Medan Area, Kompol Jesmi Girsang melalui Kanit Reskrim, Iptu P Hutagaol.

Masyarakat dapat menyaksikan kejadian gerhana bulan total pada 31 Januari 2018.

"Peristiwa ini cukup langka karena gerhana ini terjadi saat bulan berada dalam konfigurasi supermoon dan bluemoon," demikian pernyataan resmi LAPAN.

Dalam fenomena super moon ini, ukuran bulan akan menjadi 14 persen lebih besar dan 30 persen lebih terang daripada biasanya.

Fenomena ini bebarengan dengan fenomena gerhana bulan.

Ketiga fenomena langka itu berlangsung pada tanggal 31 Januari 2018 diawali dengan gerhana sebagian, diikuti dengan gerhana total, gerhana parsial lagi, dan bulan sepenuhnya terlepas dari bayangan bumi.

Bagi yang tidak bisa mengamati langsung dari lokasi pengamatan, tak usah khawatir.
